MK Workflows is a small studio, not a large agency. It's built and run by people with real, hands-on experience in the HVAC industry — years spent working with ducted, ductless, and other product families, and dealing firsthand with the same slow product lookups, scattered spec sheets, and repetitive questions that HVAC manufacturers, distributors, reps, and contractors deal with every day.
We work remotely with clients across the United States and Canada, with a deep focus on the North American HVAC market.
Why we started this
The same questions come up again and again in this industry — is this in stock, what are the dimensions, is there a cross-reference for this model — and the answers already exist somewhere. They're just scattered across PDFs, spreadsheets, and someone's inbox. We build tools and do the work to close that gap, instead of asking you to change how you already operate.
What we don't do
We're upfront about scope. We don't provide CAD or Revit design services. Work like takeoffs, pricing and quotation prep, and technical documentation is done by our team, not automated — some things are too margin-sensitive to hand entirely to software.
